The sigma culture

So, among all the chaos in the society, here's what I think about the sigma community:

From past week I've been very happy, in general, reason - my life is (quite!) going on track and I got to spend some time with my sister. So yesterday I was just returning after a coffee, smiling , laughing and one of my friend says, "Why do you laugh so much, do it less". Says the person who suffered from depression .

And then I really thought what he meant subconsciously → men aren't supposed to express emotions in the modern society.

They want us to be angry or neutral, just good workers. We aren't allowed to smile, cry or just expression of pain. That's where this sigma community steps in —INSANITY - in ways that HAS TO BE accepted by the society, beating the matrix in its own form.

Men nowadays are told not to fall in love, oh gosh, what do you want then?

Fight each other with a false sense of progress that leads us nowhere as a society?

The Sigma characters are basically men who were repressed by the society in different ways or they couldn't (by choice or by fate) get along with the society. They realise that the status quo is extremely lonely (for them, atleast).

Loneliness is one of the major reasons of this upheaval against rules we are told. As someone who has experienced it to the highest level, I can say it certain makes a man less, much less of what he can. The solution is simple, yet complex, social gatherings via any

form.

Gym identified by many young men (including me) is one of the best selections out there.

The conclusion comes out that the modern society has actually made us tear our manliness. When I go out in parks or playgrounds, I see 10 times lower amount of children there than there used to be some years ago, that definitely tells about their health,

I got to know about the sigma culture in November 2021, when I was overweight, unhealthy, lonely and unproductive. Fast forward to today, I can say that I'm among among the top

10% in physique in my age group.

so Yeah, Patrick helps :)
